Shipping Policy

 

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refund Policy 

Returns
What can I return or exchange?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise or equipment in its original condition within 7-10 days of your order date when accompanied by the original eReceipt listing the price paid. No refunds on any clearance items in the sale section with the mention of 'final sale' in the product name.

Note all refunds on memberships/ Leagues/ prepaid golf purchases are subject to a 4% Credit Card/ Administrative Fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund total.

 

Refunds
Refunds will have to be authorized by Director of Golf Operations manager onsite at Innisfil Creek Golf Club. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
Please note items cannot be refunded via mail or courier third party companies.
